(Lomi Lomi Salmon)
 
What You Need:            (To Serve: 10)

  • 1½ pounds moist smoked salmon or salted salmon or lox, skinned, boned, and sliced
  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped white onions
  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve cold.

    2. If the salmon is heavily salted you may wish to soak it first in fresh water for a few hours.

    3. This is not necessary with moist smoked salmon nor with lox.
