1½ pounds moist smoked salmon or salted salmon or lox, skinned, boned, and sliced
3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
6 scallions, chopped
2 cups peeled and chopped white onions
1 cup crushed ice

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve cold.
|
2. If the salmon is heavily salted you may wish to soak it first in fresh water for a few hours.
|
3. This is not necessary with moist smoked salmon nor with lox.
|
|
|
|
