3 tablespoons peanut oil
4 tablespoons peeled and finely chopped garlic
1 pound boneless pork roast, butt or loin very thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or more to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander stems

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat a wok and add the peanut oil.
|
2. Saute the garlic for a moment and add the pork.
|
3. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients.
|
4. Chow or stir for another minute or so and serve.
