1 pound raw fish (tuna or salmon), cubed, skinless and boneless
1 teaspoon Hawaiian or kosher salt
1 cup seaweed (hijiki in Japanese markets)
1 small red chili pepper, seeded and chopped, or a shot of hot pepper oil or Tabasco to taste

|
1. The seaweed will be dried, so soak it for 30 minutes in warm 105°F water. Then drain and rinse well.
|
2. Mix all of the ingredients and allow the dish to chill a few hours before serving.
|
