This dish will add some color to your Indian table and it is quite easy to prepare.

What You Need:            (To Serve: 3 - 4)

  • 1½ cups Homemade Yogurt or yogurt from the market
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 peeled, seeded, and shredded cucumber
  • Dash of chili powder
  • 1 Anaheim green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a salad bowl.

    2. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
