How To Cook:
1. Leftover cooked Mamaliga is perfect for this.

2. Cool Mamaliga and cut it into ¼-inch-thick slices.

3. Dip each slice in beaten egg. Sprinkle generously on each side with grated yellow cheese.

4. Using a nonstick skillet, fry in hot butter on both sides until golden. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
