What You Need:            (To Make: 1 cup)

  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Using a mortar and pestle, crush the spices, garlic, and salt together to form a paste.

    2. Heat a frying pan, add the olive oil and spice mixture.

    3. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, for 5 minutes. Serve with couscous dishes.
