What You Need:
(To Serve: 4 - 6)

½ pound very lean beef, such as flank steak or sirloin (No fat!)
2 tablespoons Korean Barbecue Sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
GARNISH
1 egg yolk, cupped in a half shell

How To Cook: |

|
1. Slice the beef across the grain into 1/8-inch slices. Cut the slices into julienne strips. Using a cleaver, chop the meat coarsely.
|
2. Mix the meat with the remaining ingredients, except the egg yolk. Mound onto a plate and chill very well.
|
3. Serve with the egg yolk garnish sitting in its shell on top of the mound. Stir in the egg just as you serve.
