What You Need:

  • ½ pound broad beans (shelled)
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon diced sour pickles
  • Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil the beans in some salted water.

    2. Boil potatoes.

    3. Mix beans, diced potatoes, chopped eggs and pickles and season to taste.

    4. Moisten with oil and vinegar.
