2 pounds chicken
2 cups diced pineapple
6 hard boiled eggs
1 cup green peas
½ cup mayonnaise
1 dessertspoon minced parsley
Salt

How To Cook: |

1. Boil chicken, remove the meat and chill.
|
2. When chilled mix with pineapple, peas, salt and parsley, and toss with mayonnaise.
