What You Need:

  • 2 pounds chicken
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup green peas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 dessertspoon minced parsley
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil chicken, remove the meat and chill.

    2. When chilled mix with pineapple, peas, salt and parsley, and toss with mayonnaise.

    3. Finally, crumble in the yolks and garnish with egg whites.
