What You Need:

  • 1 cup of cooked and chopped conch meat which has been boiled in 1 quart of water
  • ½ pound diced tomatoes
  • ½ pound sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Herbs, garlic, salt to taste
  • Sherry optional

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat and fry onions, tomatoes, and seasonings. Add these ingredients to conch meat and liquid.

    2. Cook about 20 minutes.

    3. One teaspoon sherry is often added to this. Only the meat of the young queen conch must be used.
