What You Need:

1 cup of cooked and chopped conch meat which has been boiled in 1 quart of water
½ pound diced tomatoes
½ pound sliced onions
2 tablespoons oil
Herbs, garlic, salt to taste
Sherry optional

How To Cook: |

|
1. Heat and fry onions, tomatoes, and seasonings. Add these ingredients to conch meat and liquid.
|
2. Cook about 20 minutes.
|
3. One teaspoon sherry is often added to this. Only the meat of the young queen conch must be used.
