2 oz butter
1 beaten egg
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ cup vinegar
Pinch of salt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Melt butter. Add egg and milk and stir in sugar, salt and mustard, which have been blended with some vinegar.
|
2. Gradually add the rest of vinegar. Stir over low heat in a double boiler until thickened.
|
3. Do not allow to boil.
|
4. Cool and refrigerate.
|
