What You Need:

  • 4 conchs
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 sweet pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 medium size onions, finely diced
  • Salt to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat conch, wash properly and boil without salt. Remove conch from water and dice.

    2. Add onions, eggs, sweet pepper and lemon juice.

    3. Mix in mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Serve with crackers.
