1 pound liver sliced thin
4 sweet peppers
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rum
½ cup oil
Salt, pepper, a little flour

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Prepare sweet peppers by coring and removing seeds.
|
2. Wash and cut into strips. Season liver with salt, pepper and lime Juice.
|
3. Dust with flour and saute quickly in hot oil.
|
4. Pour the rum over liver. Add the slices of pepper and cook gently for 15-20 minutes.
|
