How To Cook: |

1. Brown chops and sprinkles with salt.
|
2. In a casserole dish, place the chops in layers with the pineapple, prunes peel and sugar.
|
3. Cover with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake in a slow 300°F for 1½ hours.
|
4. Serve with shredded cabbage which has been sprinkled with salt and boiled in vinegar and water.
|
5. When tender, strain and serve hot.
