  • Crawfish (any quantity)

  • How To Cook:
    1. Split crawfishes in half lengthwise and remove central vein.

    2. Place in saucepan with lightly fitting cover with just enough salted boiling water to cover the bottom of the pan.

    3. Cover and steam until crawfish is white and tender - usually 10 - 20 minutes.

    4. Serve with lemon butter or melted butter and lemon slices.
