What You Need:

  • ½ pound salt codfish
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Flour
  • Oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash fish, and cut into strips. Flour lightly and fry in bubbling oil.

    2. Take out the fish. Fry onion in the pan.

    3. Sprinkle with curry powder and moisten with lime juice. Allow to simmer, and then add slices of fish and heat through.

    4. Serve on toast.
