1 cup breadcrumbs
Milk
1 egg yolk
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |

1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Moisten breadcrumbs with milk and press dry.
|
2. Add egg yolk, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to make a stuffing for meat.
|
3. Fill, roll, and tie meat and bake for 1½ hours in a 350°F oven. Serve with baby carrots and small boiled onions.
