  • 2 pound chicken cut in pieces
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sherry or rum or white wine

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat to boiling 2 quarts of water, salt and chicken; cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

    2. Place chicken in a bowl or jar and cover completely with liquor.

    3. Keep refrigerated for one week. Serve cold.
