| 1. Wash pumpkin and place in a large pot.

| 2. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 
 
 | 
| 3. When cooked, but not soft, remove cut off the top and scoop out seeds and core. 
 
 | 
| 4. Fill with sweet and sour beef mix and prunes. Refit top. 
 
 | 
| 5. Place pumpkin in a baking dish with water and bake for 30-40 minutes in a moderate oven - add more water if necessary.
