How To Cook: |

1. Place all ingredients except water in mixing bowl and using spoon or hands: mix thoroughly.

2. Add just enough water to make firm dough. Turn out board and knead until smooth.
|
3. Let stand 10 minutes. Place in a hot frying pan which has been well greased and flatten to fit the frying pan.
|
4. Fry at medium heat until brown and crusty, turning several times. Then lower flame end finish coking about 15 minutes.
