What You Need:

  • 2 oz green ginger
  • 2 pounds brown sugar
  • 1 pound green mangoes - peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound raisins
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 oz garlic powder
  • 2 oz salt
  • 1 sliced hot pepper
  • 1 sliced onion

  • How To Cook:
    1. Crush the ginger. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.

    2. Simmer gently until chutney is thick and syrupy.

    3. Correct seasoning.
