What You Need:

1 small octopus
3 tablespoons butter
Salted water to cover

How To Cook: |

1. Cut octopus into small pieces and place in a pot of salted water.
|
2. Bring to a boil and cook until octopus is tender.
|
3. Drain, dry, and fry in butter.
|
4. Serve with Piquant Sauce or Cheese Sauce.
