1 pint of shrimps - in shell
White vinegar, water
Sliced hot pepper (remove the seeds)
½ onion sliced
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pimento grains

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Rinse shrimp.
|
2. Cover shrimp with salted water and boil until tender.
|
3. Allow to cool.
|
4. Mix vinegar, peppers, onions, and garlic and pimento grains. Bring to a boil.
|
5. Pour over shrimps and store in a covered jar for 12 hours before serving.
