Breadfruit Chips
1 breadfruit
Salt
Black pepper
Onion salt
Garlic powder
Oil

How To Cook: |

1. Peel breadfruit, cut into sections and remove the heart.
|
2. Cut into slices and place in salted water for half an hour or more.
|
3. Dry the slices and fry in hot fat until golden. Drain on paper towels.
|
4. Meanwhile, mix the salt and seasonings together and sprinkle over the chips just before serving.
