A superior dressing for romaine or other salad greens.

What You Need:            (To Make: about 4 cups)

  • 1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 cups plain yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup olive or salad oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and mix well.

    2. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
