This unusual salad is a good accompaniment for roast beef or game.

What You Need:

3 cups cold, cooked Brussels sprouts
1 medium-sized red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup diced celery
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons drained capers
½ teaspoon dried basil
Salt, pepper to taste
Crisp lettuce leaves, washed and dried

1. Combine Brussels sprouts, onion, and celery in a bowl.

2. Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce, and add to vegetables.
