1 small celery root or celeriac
Salt
¼ cup salad oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

How To Cook: |

|
1. Wash celery root well; cut off tops. Peel root and cut into 1-inch cubes.
|
2. Cook in a little salted boiling water until just tender, about 15 minutes.
|
3. Drain and cool. Put with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.

4. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
