2 navel oranges, peeled, broken into sections, and white membranes removed
2 cups diced, peeled peaches
1 cup diced, peeled watermelon or cantaloupe
1 cup diced, peeled apricots
1 cup chopped dates
½ cup golden raisins
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
