2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 cups minced cold, cooked ham

1. When making tomato aspic, omit celery and reduce amount of minced onion to 2 tablespoons.
|
2. When aspic has begun to set, fold in onion, horseradish, and ham.

3. Chill until firm.
