A marvelous dressing for meat, fish or shellfish salads.

What You Need:            (To Make: about 2¼ cups)

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon prepared sharp mustard
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Whip cream until stiff; gradually add lemon juice and vinegar.

    2. Fold in remaining ingredients.

    3. Serve at once.
