1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
¼ teaspoon prepared sharp mustard
Salt, pepper to taste

1. Whip cream until stiff; gradually add lemon juice and vinegar.
