1 cup diced cold, cooked beets
2 cups sliced cold, cooked potatoes
1 cup cold, cooked green peas
2 tablespoons minced dill pickles
1 cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon cayenne
Salt, pepper to taste
Crisp salad greens, washed and dried
