What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 1 small head leafy lettuce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced fresh or canned pineapple
  • ½ cup diced papaya
  • ½ cup diced mangoes
  • 1 pound shelled cold, cooked medium shrimp

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash and dry lettuce leaves; refrigerate.

    2. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, curry powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a small jar or bowl and mix well; chill.

    3. When ready to serve, arrange lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.

    4. Top with fruits and place shrimp over them.

    5. Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
