2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon drained capers
2 gherkins, minced
Salt, pepper to taste

1. Sieve egg yolks and blend with sour cream.

2. Chop egg whites and add, with other ingredients, to sour cream mixture.
