											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Boil beetroots in their skins, peel and sieve or mince them. 
 
 |  | 2. Put into a saucepan with about fat, pepper and salt, vinegar and sour cream. 
 
 |  | 3. Heat well, stirring occasionally. 
 
 |  | 4. This goes well with beef, hare, rabbit or game.
