How To Cook: |

1. Line a Swiss roll tin with the pastry, and lay thin slices of ham over it.

2. Slice the mushrooms and fry lightly in the butter.
|
3. Cut the skinned tomatoes into thin slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
|
4. Cover the ham first with a layer of mushrooms, then with a layer of tomatoes, and finally with a thin layer of grated cheese.
|
5. Season, and cook in a hot oven (450°F) until golden-brown 20 minutes.

6. Garnish with prawns and rolled ham and serve hot.
