1½ pound fillet of beef
¼ pound spring onions
1 large onion
6 small tomatoes
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 lemon
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Trim the meat but do not beat it.
|
2. Cut into slices and leave in a basin with the vinegar, sliced onion and salt and pepper for 2 - 3 hours in a cool place, covered with a lid.
|
3. Put the meat on skewers and grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
|
4. Take the meat off the skewers and serve garnished with spring onions and slices of tomato and lemon.
