2 pound medium-sized tomatoes
A small bunch of fresh herbs, chopped
½ pound grated cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 - 2 onions, chopped
Crumbled short pastry
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and cores.
|
2. Mix the cheese, onions, salt, pepper and herbs.
|
3. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and pour sour cream on top.
|
4. Line an oblong fireproof dish with the pastry, place the tomatoes in the dish, top with sour cream and bake in a hot oven (450°F) until tender.
