What You Need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 14 oz flour
  • 2 oz butter
  • ½ pound firm cream cheese
  • A pinch of salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soften butter and mix with cheese, salt, eggs and 8 oz. of the flour.

    2. When these are well mixed, rub through a sieve and add the rest of the flour.

    3. Form the mixture into small balls and cook in gently boiling water for about 15 minutes, or till they float; drain and serve with melted butter.
