											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Wash, peel and grate potatoes, then squeeze in cloth to make as dry as possible. 
 
 |  | 2. Heat a little oil or fat and lightly fry smoked streaky bacon, cut into thin fingers. 
 
 |  | 3. Add the potatoes, mix and cook over a low heat, stirring frequently. 
 
 |  | 4. Season with pepper and a very little salt.
