4 oz plain flour
1 egg yolk
4 oz cream cheese
Water

How To Cook: |

|
1. Make a pastry of the flour and cream cheese, binding with the egg yolk and a little water if necessary.
|
2. Roll out the pastry to ½ inch thick, cut into small diamond shapes and poach in boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes.
|
3. Test, strain and serve with hot melted butter, sour cream and sugar.
