How To Cook: |

1. Cut the tuna in slices or thick pieces, roll in flour and fry in hot oil. When done, remove from the pan and keep hot.

2. Chop 1 onion and fry; when tender add a clove of garlic and some peeled and slice tomatoes and simmer.
|
3. Add some olives and capers and finally add the fried pieces of tuna; simmer until these are thoroughly cooked.
|
4. A dash of wine added whilst the stew is simmering will improve the flavor.
