  • 6 cooked frankfurters or bratwurst sausages, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 4 medium-sized cold, cooked potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium-sized green pepper, cleaned and chopped
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced dill pickles
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine frankfurter or bratwurst slices, potatoes, onion, green pepper, celery, and pickles in a large bowl.

    2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; add to sausage-vegetable mixture.

    3. Garnish with egg slices and dill.
