4 medium-sized cold, cooked potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
1 medium-sized green pepper, cleaned and chopped
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced dill pickles
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt, pepper to taste
2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

How To Cook: |

1. Combine frankfurter or bratwurst slices, potatoes, onion, green pepper, celery, and pickles in a large bowl.
|
2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; add to sausage-vegetable mixture.

3. Garnish with egg slices and dill.
