What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 4 cups diced, cooked, peeled dasheen
  • 1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup chopped sweet red pepper or pimiento
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  • About ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander or parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the first five ingredients in a medium bowl.

    2. Add enough mayonnaise to bind ingredients.

    3. Season with salt and pepper.

    4. Serve garnished with coriander or parsley.
