1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed (optional)
Salt, pepper to taste
1 large green pepper, cleaned and cut into slivers

How To Cook: |

1. Arrange tomato slices on a plate.

2. Sprinkle with oil, scallions, parsley, basil, and garlic.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
