1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste (optional)
Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves, washed and dried
2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

1. Cut lobster meat into ½-inch pieces.
|
2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and, if desired, salt and pepper.
