6 boiling potatoes
2 medium-sized onions or 4 green onions
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
½ cup thinly sliced green onion
½ cup salad dressing
Salt

How To Cook: |

|
1. Boil the potatoes in the jackets for about 30 minutes or until tender but not soft when tested.
|
2. Drain, cool, and peel the potatoes, and when cold, slice into a bowl.
|
3. Cut onions and peppers into thin slices, and chop the parsley.
|
4. Add to the potatoes and sprinkle lightly with salt.
|
5. Fold in the salad dressing, using more if necessary to hold salad together lightly.
