2 cups cold, cooked or canned white beans
2 cups cold, cut-up, cooked green beans
8 scallions, cleaned and sliced
4 stalks celery, cleaned and chopped
1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut up
About 1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper to taste
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup golden or seedless raisins

How To Cook: |

1. Combine kidney, white, and green beans in a large bowl.
|
2. Add scallions, celery, and orange, mix well.
|
3. Combine yogurt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; add to salad.

4. To serve, sprinkle the top with walnuts and raisins.
