What You Need:            (To Serve: 3 - 4)

  • 1 3-pound chicken cut into serving pieces
  • Jerk Seasoning to taste to taste
  • Barbecue Sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Rub chicken parts liberally with Jerk Seasoning. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour.

    2. Place chicken pieces on grill about 6 inches from medium coals; cover and cook about 40 minutes, turning occasionally.

    3. Brush chicken with barbecue sauce and grill an additional 20 minutes or until done.

    4. Serve remaining sauce in a separate dish.
