  • 4½ pound racks of fresh pork loin back ribs
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • Barbecue Sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; brush on ribs.

    2. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish; add water.

    3. Cover and cook at 350°F degrees for about 30 minutes.

    4. Remove from oven. Place ribs on grill about 6 inches from medium coals.

    5. Cook about 5 minutes each side, turning once.

    6. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill an additional 5 minutes to set sauce.
