What You Need:            (To Make: 1 cup)

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon boiling water
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons brandy or rum, or to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cream butter until soft but not melted.

    2. Beat confectioners' sugar in gradually.

    3. Add boiling water, salt and brandy or rum.

    4. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
